Ring 750 - Refit

After spending several years in storage, the Rib required extensive repairs and a full refit to return it to operational condition. Time out of service had taken its toll, and both structural and cosmetic attention were needed, along with the replacement of the tubes.

The first stage of the project involved stripping the Rib of its existing tubes and removing all furniture. With the vessel cleared, we were able to assess and prepare each area for repair and reinstallation. The console was then refitted, which included managing and reconnecting the large amount of wiring associated with the onboard electronics.

Attention was also given to the forward section of the Rib. The foredeck was repaired and fitted with new lockers, followed by the installation of the replacement tubes. At the stern, the sternwell was installed as part of the structural and functional rebuild.

Finally, the vessel received a new Yamaha V6 200hp engine, which was fitted to the stern to complete the refit. This brought the Rib back to a fully operational state, ready for use after its extensive period in storage.
